Allan Stewart

Born in Perth and raised in the country where his parents moved to launch their wheat and sheep farm, Allan began laying the foundation for his profession as he worked on the family farm until he was burnt in an accident, which restricted his ability to do as much physical work. Paralleling his education with hands on experience, Allan was responsible for learning how to manufacture and repair the equipment they needed to produce the crops on his family's farm. With a new found interest in tools, Allan continued to follow his increasing interest as he took on greater responsibilities in sheep shearing and operating heavy equipment such as tractors, harvesting machines, road graders, bulldozers, and trucks. After more than a decade as an Independent General Contractor, Allan founded Alvy Enterprises to extend his knowledge of high quality tools as an online retail supplier for power, cordless and workshop tools.
