Paul is a meritorious military veteran, with 100% disability for PTSD.  In early July 2024, he was traveling through Barryville, NY, when he had a run in with police. Please watch carefully what happened in the following clips from body cam footage.  Please also note that Paul was talking to a local constable who was offering help get him back to Maine when an assailant cop says "too late" and shoots him with a 12-gauge hollow point slug. He was not on drugs or did he make any furtive or assaultive gestures. Paul was not armed  There was over 30 police pointing guns on him at the time. Paul had done nothing but be "suspicious". Based on this video Paul was charged with attempted murder on a cop with his vehicle.
