He serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Rhodium Enterprises, a digital asset technology company that utilizes proprietary systems to self-mine Bitcoin. In this position, he leads networking, software development, and systems administration teams, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. His leadership is focused on efficiency, technical excellence, and developing strong teams that deliver measurable outcomes. He is also a Managing Partner at Imperium Investments, a private equity fund centered on monetizing energy through Bitcoin mining. The firm operates one of North America's most significant mining operations, converting energy into cash while maintaining low production costs. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, he identifies new business opportunities, drives innovation, and ensures company operations align with long-term strategic goals. His deep experience in construction and project management adds significant value to his ability to manage complex industrial operations effectively. Before his current roles, he and his brother co-founded Immersion Systems after leaving their family’s company, BMS CAT/Blackmon Mooring. As CEO, he led the company in designing and developing immersion cooling systems for industrial cryptocurrency mining. The idea originated during their mining operations in Texas, where they created the solution out of necessity. As interest grew among peers and competitors, they established Immersion Systems to meet industry demand. The company focused on affordability, reliability, and customer satisfaction, offering customized cooling kits and on-site installation support to ensure successful implementation. During this period, he also served as a Managing Partner at Palladium Mining Partners, an investment group focused on industrial-scale Bitcoin mining. The team completed over 1,200 projects valued between $5 million and $7 billion, achieving exits exceeding $300 million. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade in executive leadership at BMS CAT/Blackmon Mooring, managing national operations and major restoration programs. Cameron Blackmon earned a B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma. A devoted Christian, he is married with two sons and enjoys playing guitar, piano, and scuba diving during his free time.
