Rachel Salley is a Human Resource Management Consultant and possesses over 15 years of Strategic Human Resource and Organizational Development experience. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. In her role as a HR Management Consultant, Rachel has developed and implemented many new employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity, morale, and strategic development for the achievement of organizational goals. In her spare time Rachel is very active in the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources as the Vice President of Communications and Certification Committee Chair. Rachel is also an active member of HR Tampa and the Society for Human Resource Management. As a self-proclaimed Human Resource activist, Rachel is constantly seeking creative ways to foster a dynamic working environment and to promote high quality performance and continuous improvement.
