I am a talent scout. I help people find their talents and improve them. I work with leaders and teams - particularly people in technology careers - to leverage what they do best. I know every event is the consequence of a series of thoughts, feelings, and actions, leading to results. I help people stuck in results they don't want to change this cycle and get results they do want. I link together ideas no one else considered. I bring people together. I form a bond with each individual as I begin to understand his or her circumstances. I naturally identify with someone’s situation. I artfully and skillfully eliminate distractions, helping people gain a clear understanding of what is happening and why it is happening. I draw clever linkages between facts, events, people, problems, or solutions. My innovative thinking tends to foster ongoing dialogue between and among a group’s participants.
