Evan Thomas Byron is an accomplished attorney based in Cleveland, Ohio, with a strong focus on litigation and transactional law. While at university, Evan was recognized on The National Dean’s List and was actively involved in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity’s Finance Committee, laying the foundation for his legal career. He then went to Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 2006. At Case Western, Evan was a Jonathan M. Ault Mock Trial Team member and served as Vice President of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. His inclusion on the Dean’s List also recognized his academic achievements. His qualifications include bar admissions in Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. Evan is also actively involved in the legal and local community. He has been a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association since 2006. He has served on the Executive Council of the Young Lawyers Section and the Membership Committee within the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
