Abersecure provides managed IT support and cyber security services for businesses across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Based in Inverurie, we help organisations keep their technology reliable, secure and ready to support day-to-day operations. Our service is built around Security by Default. Security is considered throughout the way we manage Microsoft 365, users, devices, networks, monitoring, backups and the wider IT environment, rather than being treated as something separate from everyday IT support. Emergency IT Support and Cyber Incident Response are included for all Abersecure managed clients. If a serious IT issue or cyber incident happens in the evening, overnight or during the weekend and cannot reasonably wait until normal support hours, managed clients can request urgent assistance without needing to purchase a separate emergency service or face a high emergency hourly rate simply because the incident happened outside normal working hours. This means security, emergency readiness and cyber incident support are already part of the relationship from the beginning, rather than services that need to be arranged after something has gone wrong. This is a core part of what we mean by Security by Default. Our wider services include managed IT support, pay as you go IT support, outsourced IT management, Microsoft 365 support, network infrastructure, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, and cyber security services. For organisations that require routine evening, weekend or night-shift support for normal day-to-day IT issues, extended Out-of-Hours IT Support is available as an optional add-on.
