Hi, I’m Jack. I’m not a trained chef — just a guy who became obsessed with cooking like Gordon Ramsay. After trying dozens of “Ramsay recipes” online and finding them full of shortcuts he’d never approve of, I decided to do things differently. I started testing his real methods, step by step. If he says sear for 90 seconds, I set a timer. If a dish fails, I figure out why and fix it. I don’t cut corners, and I don’t sugarcoat anything.
