Hello to all! First of all, I am not a chef, and if you stopped to read this blog, maybe I am just like you. Curious about the food, the stories behind them, and photography. My blog will consist of the Aleppo cuisine that I learned from my family, the Israeli and Sephardic cuisine I learned from my husband's family, and the Italian and Sicilian cuisine where I studied photography. Öncelikle ben bir şef değilim ve eğer bu bloğu okumak için durduysanız belki de sizin gibi yemeğe, yemeğin ardındaki hikayelere ve fotoğraflara meraklı biriyim sadece. Bloğum çoğunlukla ailemden öğrendiğim Halep mutfağından, eşimin ailesinden öğrendiğim İsrail ve Sefarad mutfağından ve fotoğraf eğitimi almak için gittiğim İtalya, Sicilya mutfağından oluşacak. Kısacası “Bizim Mutfağı” anlatan, içerisinde az birazda gezi barındıran bir blog olacak. Bu nedenle yıllardır özenle sakladığım elimdeki tüm tarifleri masamın üzerine döktüm, içlerinden en güzellerini seçerek fırsat buldukça sizlerle paylaşacağım.
