I am a life coach who specializes in goal achievement. I work with clients on a one-to-one basis assisting them in defining their goals and finding ways to work towards them. Many people have a dream. My job is to turn dreams into goals and to support people in taking steps to make their dreams the reality of their daily life. I bring together a team of specialists in a variety of fields including health, fitness, career and personal image. The aim is to provide the client with a comprehensive support structure to be there with them as they take each step forward. In a highly personalized program, each person I work with has their own story, their own history and their own destiny. Working with people on their own terms and in a way that is completely unique to them is what makes small changes lead to lasting transformations.
