My experience comes from having been an Owner and Managing Partner of WorldBridge Partners (Northern California Division) , a World Wide Executive Search firm, for 15 years. This firm is part of an organization that has over 600 Offices and 6,000 plus Executive Recruiters. Having been part of this organization allows me access to proven real life, real time information. As a group, my network places approximately 3,000 candidates a month and connects with conservatively 100,000 Hiring Managers and HR Professionals a month. My information is proven and has worked for Thousands of Career Seekers. I personally began my Executive Search career in 1994 and have been nationally recognized as an expert in Senior Management and Executive Level Recruiting. With WorldBridge, I co-managed six separate business practices which included: Emerging Technology, Outsourced Human Capital Solutions, Financial Services, Alternative Energy, Contract Staffing and Research. I was personally focused on meeting the specific needs of CEO’s within emerging growth companies in tailoring highly customized human capital solutions to fit their unique organizational needs. Prior to joining WorldBridge Partners, I held various positions from Human Resource Director to Operations Director of large, multinational organizations. I earned my Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Sacramento.
