Currently I am an elementary librarian, a job which I love. I get the chance to instruct, teach, read, and think with a wide range of readers every week. Born and raised in eastern PA and higher educated in western PA, I am happy to live in central PA, aka Happy Valley. Life moves fast. At the moment I have two college age boys who are seeking their way in the world to share their talents. My lovely, talented wife fought cancer for a year until her passing in Sept 2023. The dog and I are finding our way, and one of us is writing about it here. I am a fan of cinema, and often play out my life as a movie in scenes. Of course I also love children's literature and other great writings, and would love to enter that world as a writer myself someday. Lastly, for now, I am a certified sports fan, specifically loving all things Phillies, Steelers, and Duke. Go teams!! I believe in dreams and faith and hope and love. As my good friend and I say to each other often, "Dream Out Loud."
