I live and work in one of the most beautiful and lively cities in England. I like to walk in the city and enjoy it's life. This blog is a reflection of the things I see that interest me. A lot of my photography is a loving record of the shape and life of the city, the rest is a quest for that special shot. I discard an awful lot of the photographs I take and love to see a picture printed big and hanging on a wall. Photography has also expanded to become a major part of my creative life and I am using it as a medium to express some of my thoughts about being human. It's link to reality gives it vigour and expressiveness.
